#Sunday #Roundup of #Books #Week #39!!

Welcome to the #SundayRoundup #39!!
Happy Sunday!

On the homefront:
On Monday we are meeting my husband's brother (for the first time). My hubby is adopted and they recently found each other on Ancestry DNA and have now planned to meet each other. Which I think is totally cool. I am sure it will be a bit strange but awesome at the same time. I think my husband is bringing me for moral support and because he knows I will ask a million and one questions. =)

Things I know:
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” —Maya Angelou

School Front:
Going great this past week! I got two 100's (different classes) on tests and have two tests this coming week. Here is to hoping for a few more 100's! That 88 I received on that first test bothered me but on the second I scored a 100 - so that should even me to the 90s! =) Happy Dance! The other 100 was on my Statistics test. (MATH) UGHHH Didn't think that was going to happen as I struggled with one of the questions for a long time but - I did it!

I did get a wonderful review up this week! YAY!

This Monday's post is all about - I HAVE NO IDEA!! -- HELP!! =)

How was your week in books?
Can you believe it's October already? YIKES!

  1. I hated Maths at school! I was ok at it but showed little interest in it! Hope you enjoy Ready Player One!

  2. Your books look tempting, and how great that your husband is meeting is brother!

Your mention of Statistics made me cringe...I remember that course in college, and how anxious I was all the time. I made it through, of course, but I was mediocre at it. LOL.

Thanks for sharing and for visiting my blog.

  3. Glad you are doing so good in school. I stink in math!
How exciting that he is meeting his brother! I can see it being a little awkward but still really awesome!

Have a great week, Mary! Happy Reading!

  4. Wow you impress me Mary! 100! Congrats. And that's so exciting that your husband will meet his brother. Good luck to both of you. Now you need ideas for tomorrow? OK here I go: favorite things to do on Halloween or fall; Pros and cons of getting ARCs; How blogging changed my reading life; Pros and Cons of being an indie writer; things to avoid saying to bookworms or what to do or say to seduce a bookworm; 5 things I learned wince blogging; My greatest fears as a blogger; ...should I go on? LOL Happy Sunday!

  5. Job well done on the school work. How exciting for your husband, I hope all goes well. I have a friend whose husband discovered family the same way.

  6. Oh wow, what a nerve wracking week for your husband! I hope the meeting goes well. I'd totally need moral support in that situation too.

Congrats on the test results! They're awesome.

  7. Wow, you're doing great in all your classes, especially stats! Math was not my subject in school.

  8. Congrats on your test scores. That's great! How exciting for your husband. I'm sure it's a weird feeling too. Good luck. Have a great week!

  9. Love Maya Angelou! Great quote and congratulations on the test results :) Really proud of you!

  10. Congratulations on your test scores. That's amazing. And how wonderful that your husband found his brother. I hope the reunion goes well:)
