#Sunday #Roundup of #Books #Week #54!!

Welcome to the #SundayRoundup #54!!

Happy Sunday!

On the homefront:
Oh lord where to start? .... Everything on the homefront is okish. I have been having a few problems with my youngest daughter (started over Christmas - wound up with a visit to my home) and has since seemed to die down. We are working on appropriate behaviors and attitudes and getting more therapy. So far so good. Oldest is doing good and has decided to start community college then transfer after she has taken her basic courses. So two more years with us (yay-I think). I am sorry if last week you came and the Sunday Post was all messed up as I wasn't able to fix it before Sunday. Sorry. I will add last weeks with this weeks post! I hope you had a great week!

Things I know:
Nothing is worth anything if you don't try hard doing it. The saying goes something like that! =)

School Front:
Back in session and in my 4th week. I have taken my first Microbiology test and scored a 96! I take my first Chemistry test this week. Wish we luck! =)
All my other courses are test free. Humanities and Ethics class.

Blog:
I have to get something in gear for my Monday posts. I am really busy with school to do that just yet. I hope sometime next week to think of a few ideas to get something up and ready for you guys. Sorry, this is taking me a bit to do.

Around the Blogosphere:

Some posts I read this week that I thought were cool:

I did hop around but forgot to save some links! I will do better next week.

    1. Yes, Sophie I know you know. It's not as easy as they say and really I wish I had some directions to know what I should and shouldn't say sometimes. A little filter to help me with them both. Have a great week!

  7. I imagine blogging while in school is really hard. My reading pretty much happened between semesters when I was in college.

    1. Yes, that seems to be what is going on with me too. Not much time to read during the semester cause I am way to busy reading my texts and studying etc for school. I try the best I can. =)

  11. I hope things are looking better with your daughter, and WOW! You crushed your microbiology test. Good luck with Chem. I am sure you will crush that as well. Yeah! You got Our Year of Maybe. That was an emotional roller coaster for me, but really good.

  12. Good luck on your test and I hope your school work all goes well. My daughter is also at community college until she gets through some health stuff and figures out her path. She's really excellent at school but her health causes some issues. Hopefully this path works well for your daughter. I have considered Gilded Wolves with its pretty cover. Enjoy your week and what reading you can do. Take care of yourself. Anne - Books of My Heart

  13. Congrats on the great test score. Sounds like you have a lot going on. Parenting is hard enough without having other things in the background. How old is your younger daughter?

  16. I hope she get the help she needs. We had that with my son, I had to have services come to check on him and he also spent 3 1/2 weeks in the hospital so they can get his meds correct. It was the worst 3 1/2 weeks of my life but it helped. We have an emergency mobile unit that we can call but so far he is going very good.

I just got The Gilded Wolves too, It was one of my most anticipated for this year. I hope we both love it.

Have a great week, Mary! Happy Reading! xx

  22. I'm glad things are improving with your daughter. I have to congratulate you on how you dealt with it. A lot of parents try to ignore issues like that but you guys had the guts to admit you needed help and you are getting it sorted which I think is a sign of great parents! You and your daughter will benefit greatly from this!
