    I think it's good if it allows for people who don't want to participate, but if it forces them to... Let's say I like the treat part.

    I was a pretty shy kid so I didn't love the going door to door thing, but the candy and the dressing up mostly made up for the parts of it that weren't my favorite.

    "Trick or Treating - Good or Bad?" It's OK for kids, but kids should stop after age 10 or 11.

    I remember when I was a teen and didn't go trick or treating anymore, my parents would hand out candy and I always felt bad for the little kids because when they trick or treat my dad yelled out trick! Do a trick for the treat. Tried to make them dance or tell a joke or something but a lot of them didn't get it and cryed. Poor kids , he was a bit intimidating of a man.

    I have always loved trick or treating,even since I was growing up,so many fun memeories.It good for kids and us adults who love to see a childs innocent smile ,say thank you and the laughter of them having fun and just enjoying being a child!

    Personally, I don't like Halloween. But I did take my girls trick or treating when they were little. Honestly, I don't like to see teenagers trick or treating or people with babies. My girls stopped going when they were 10 & 12.

    Trick or treating is good. When my 7 kids were younger they loved dressing up and showing off their costumes as we trudged up all our neighboring streets for treats. Such a shame that the world has changed. No trick or treaters have been on our streets for a couple of years.

    I think it's good. I have good memories from doing it and from my kiddo doing it. I still love having kids come to my door so I can see their excitement from their costumes!

    Good!! I hate how people judge about the age and make a big deal about it :/ If you don't like it, maybe just put up a sign or something

    I find the whole idea strange. You teach kids not to talk to, or take sweets from strangers, apart from one night when they can go up to strangers and ask for sweets!

    Trick or Treat, I always give out chocolate or glow toys! Going trick or treating, the best houses gave chocolate or glow wands. The worst gave anyway chick tracts, religious comics used to convert kids. Born and raised in Texas y’all.

    I have some great memories of trick or treating, so how could I think it's bad? But so many people are afraid to let their kids trick or treat, it's a shame.

    There are people who actually think Trick Or Treating is a BAD thing???? Halloween has been my favorite day of the year as far back as I can recall and I am now 42 - Trick Or Treating the cause of sooooo many amazing memories (& yummy days to follow)!!!!
