#Sunday #Roundup of #Books #Week #72!!

Welcome to the Sunday Roundup #72!!

Happy Memorial Day!

On the homefront:
We are opening our pool this weekend along with setting up our deck with our new patio furniture. My oldest daughter is away on a band trip to Washington D.C. and is having fun. She comes back Monday night. I am currently trying to find a new therapist for my youngest and it is not easy to do. With insurance and who is around us, it's not an easy task - plus she has to like them! Ughhh.

My youngest daughter and I planted some azaleas this week. They had given me some for mother's day and we got around to planting them this week. Seven in all! So, we lined the front of our house with them. We love it! We also planted some flowers in our planters and started our veggie garden. It is just a little setup, in a deck box and we planted tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, and broccoli. I am trying my hand at growing these. We shall see how it goes.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and week. =)

We had some photobombing going on in the photos too. =)

Today is my 19th wedding anniversary!
19 YEARS!!!

School Front:
In week 5/15 and it's going pretty good. My first test was a 94 and I am awaiting my score for my second test for this semester. I have an essay due on Wednesday and will spend a bunch of time on that this week as I have already started it. I have another test this week but it is not earth-shattering as the teacher prepared us well. Doing good in all the courses and I am happy about that.

Blog:
I didn't get much of a chance to hop around the last week. I will be hopping this week. I know I have lagged a bit on Greg's blog and I am hoping for a Movie's that Suck post. If not that is ok too. Look for me this week as I will be catching up. I go to BookCon this coming Saturday! If you are going to be there let me know!! Maybe we can meet up?

  3. First off, congrats on 19 years!! My hubby and I are at 20 in June. :-) And also congrats on a so-far successful school semester. I'll be praying that you find just the right therapist for your daughter--I know how stressful that can be.

And HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME AT BOOK CON!!! I'm living vicariously through all of you who are going this year, since I'm spending my money on writing conferences instead. But I'm very jealous! :-)

  5. 19 years is amazing! Happy Anniversary.

We started our veggie planting too... Just transplanted the little seedlings out to the veggie path in the garden. We've more work to do but it's fun.
This year, we're aiming for pumpkins in October! I'm so excited at the prospect of growing my own halloween pumpkins.

  10. My pool is now open and I'm loving it. But, I'm neglecting my yard. Plan to spend a few days this week filling planters and cleaning up the weedy flower beds. Have fun in the pool!

  15. Wow! Mary, what a week! Happy anniversary, congratulation on your result - 94! That's amazing.

I'd love a pool in my back garden, I'm jealous, but in reality I doubt we'd get much use out of it here in the UK.

I hope you have a lovely week and enjoy your reads. x

  17. Happy Anniversary. Hope you find someone your daughter likes. Love Azaleas. You flowers and house are beautiful. Loving your sweet fur babies. We opened our pool beginning of May. My hubby loves to take his time cleaning. We are usually the first to have our open and last to have it closed. Good luck with your gardening. We could not open for work on Tuesday because of plumbing issues so we still had to stay and get other stuff done. Song reminded me of that day. Bosses and I had a good time listening to some oldies.

  18. So many great projects. I hope to have a small bed at the new house. I've not figured out the whole what grows here compared to Minnesota. There are things I really want if they will grow here.

Great job with school! My daughter started with a new therapist in January and it has been a good change for her. We sign her up for fall in a couple weeks but we have figured out what she wants to take.

Have a lovely week and enjoy your reads!
