On the homefront:
Everything is going pretty good. My daughter played her last band concert last night and it was bittersweet. It was a beautiful concert and she won an award! I was so proud! Everything is going ok and I am happy about that. We are not sure if the roof of the new house is ok (for my aunt) and we are getting a roofer there to check it this week. I will have to catch up with blogs this week. I am a bit behind.

DeleteCongratulations to your daughter! I remember senior year for my kid. It was very bittersweet and the beginning of her leaving me. WAHHHH! I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day. Yes, I also listened to TKQ and it was fabulous!

You're 3 weeks into a new session? Wow My daughter just finished and isn't going to the summer session. I loved the Kiss Quotient and highly recommend the Bride Test also. Happy Mother's Day and have a great week!

ReplyDeleteCongrats to your daughter now the award! I hope the roof is okay. We had to replace the roof on our old house before we sold it. Such a hassle, but necessary. I read The Kiss Quotient last year and loved it! :)

Congratulations to your daughter. I am behind as well in visiting blogs too. Trying to play some catch up tonight. I have seen many great reviews when for The Kiss Quotient when it first came out. Have yet to read it. Seen some amazing reviews for her new book out now.
