Glad you could stop in on this amazing hop. I love romance and books about it. My favorite is historical romance. There is just something about that time era that I love. My favorite is Pride and Prejudice. The writing, the etique, the balls and gowns. All of it is so lovely to read. I hope your 2018 reading has been exciting and full of romance, mystery, fantasy any anything else you like.

It took me a bit to get into the writing style. I had wanted this book for a while, saw it at a discount place and now have book 2 on the way LOL

ReplyDeleteWhat a difficult question to answer! I think I will narrow it down to one of the best romance books I have read (since this is a romance book giveaway, after all). A Noble Masquerade, by Kristi Ann Hunter, is one of my absolute favorites. The main character gets herself in a hilarious situation, and ends up truly in love because of it. It's one of the few books I've gone back and reread.

That's a hard question to answer as I have "best book" in different genres. Any Stephen King book will always be the best book I read until the next one, lol Right now I'm reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath so that might end up being the best book I've ever read, I don't know as I'm not done with it yet :)
